Fellowship Program: DETAILS

Lift and Elevate's fellowship program is a 6-month professional development program aimed at giving Black women the tools needed to advance and support their careers in medicine.

What does our program offer?

• Skills: Negotiation, Grant Writing, Research Development
• Mentorship: Peer networking model, Executive coaching, community partnerships
• Personal Development

After completing our program these junior physicians be able to:

• Effectively negotiate for increased support and difficult situations
• Have the skills to apply for competitive grants
• Pursue leadership positions
• Have increased retention in medicine

Who we are looking for?

• Black women who are post-medical school up to 3-5 years post-training education
• Regions: USA
• Interested in pursuing a career in academia
